I like ones with detailed embroidery of nature scenes and wildlife. I also pick up ones with artsy chain stitching or some quirky patchwork advertising a random business from a bygone era. Each cap has to have some slick edginess to it; something about its design, its subject matter, or its general peculiarity to me.
